Upon our initial review, £800 was saved on their next VAT by performing this thorough check and amending incorrect transactions.
Full balance sheet reconciliations were performed as they were not in place upon taking the finance function over. This exercise provides a clear, specific indication of assets and liabilities clearly and what makes up these balances. It can also assist in confirming the potential value of the business.
A full year on year analysis took place of the profit and loss highlighting areas of growth or decline in sales and were expenses have been reduced or extended the previous year. This analysis can help highlight potential issues and further investigations can then take place.
